About Katherine Relf-Canas

Katherine Relf-Canas founded Serentripity, a learning vacations company that
offers hands-on workshops to explore crafts and concepts from other cultures,
responding to a need to create a creative community for herself and others. In
this, she follows in the footsteps of her late mother, Connie Relf, who helped
inspire her company’s vision. She has worked as a writer for a number of
different Silicon Valley startups, corporations, and institutions, concentrating
on online publishing for a number of years before dedicating herself to a
flexible freelance working career. She fits writing projects, workshops and
travel into her life as a mother of 10-year-old Olivia.
