Hope is a simple and profound feeling. It springs up in the human heart eternally, but painful life experiences make us doubt, distrust and lavish debris on our hope. Soon we forget it is there, or think that is does not matter. Our brain, our thoughts, our pain seems too much to bear and we turn away from hope, light and love. So what I remind you is to look inward for the hope in your heart. It is still there and it will always be there. Hope cannot take the pain away but it makes the pain meaningful, rich and profound. When you open your heart to the pain, to the loss, to the experience, you will have more life, not less. Stay with yourself through all your emotions and feelings. Love yourself and allow your inner hope to guide you forward out of the darkness and despair. Hope is a real energy which will guide you into healing, purpose and meaning. Trust hope and all will be as it needs to be.
