I’m so sorry that you lost your Daddy. My granddaughter lost her Daddy Oct. 31. 2009 on Halloween. He was working at a Texas Road House Restaurant in another state. She was only 10. Her whole world feel apart. She was Daddys little girl. He had full custody of her and her and her Daddy lived with me (he is my son Bob) He was 31 at the time. She misses him everyday, We always By lot of ballons and let them the go on Fathers Day, she even tied a note to one. And a pack of cigarettes. On his birthday she wrote a note and put it in a bottle and tossed into Lake Erie. Then we bought a star and named it after him and we have a dics to show us where to look into the sky and find it. And the also gave her a picture frame with his name on it. I am always trying to find ways to help her thru this very hard time. Her best one that she like the most is before we painted the pool last year. We painted in whith and big letters I LOVE YOU DAD so he could look down from heaven and see it. I hope some of these ideas will help you. I know it has heloed bit a little for her. If you think of anything else she could do, please share with us. We will keep you in our prayers. I know he is watching over you.
