Welcome
Hello, my name is Mitch Carmody. Welcome to the Open to Hope Sibling Loss resource page. I am glad you found this site. I too am a bereaved sibling. My twin sister and her child were killed in a car accident, and losing my sister totally changed my life. Sometimes we siblings are overlooked in our grief. And often, we’re not just dealing with sibling loss, as was my case, with the death of my son 19 years ago. Since then, I have tried to help others navigate the uncharted territory of death, dying and the bereavement process.
