Open to Hope ® is a non-profit with the mission of helping people find hope after loss. We invite you to read, listen and share your stories of hope and compassion.
We at Open to Hope realize that this holiday season has been a stressful time for everyone especially for those who have recently lost a loved one. We like many of you have lost a beloved family member and a dear friend. Phil Horsley our husband, dad and grandfather died of a staph infection in October, and our friend Dr. Howard Winokeur, died a few days ago of Covid-19. Both served on the Open to Hope board, and were dedicated to our mission. We dedicate this Holiday Season to Phil and Howard's memory and to all of you who have suffered loss. Again if you have lost hope please lean on ours as we lean on yours, together we will find hope again.
Suffering a loss can leave you facing an uphill struggle, but even in the deepest despair, we can find hope.
