He is also an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University www.columbia.edu/cu/ssw/faculty/adjunct/redding.html where he teaches a variety of courses related to human behavior, law, advocacy and conflict resolution. Markus has over 20 years experience in leadership and management positions in both the corporate legal/business sector, as well as with the non-profit sector. He specializes in professional development, organizational management and leadership coaching for professionals. Markus has worked with a variety of law firms, non-profit organizations, corporations and individual professionals, and his conflict and stress management coaching practice is international in scope. He has also worked with adults, families and children in a variety of clinical settings in the areas of mental health and grief and loss, including issues related to life transitions and job loss.
