Slash Coleman is a professional storyteller, speaker, and educator who is best known for his award winning Off-Broadway production and one-man PBS special, “The Neon Man and Me.” The production has enjoyed four national tours, has won numerous awards and been featured in The Washington Post, American Theatre Magazine and on NPR. Underwritten by ADEC (The Association for Death Education and Counseling), the production explores the core of Slash’s mission which is to help men and boys talk about difficult topics related to loss and male friendship. Slash holds a Masters degree in Education and teaches a series of classes for teens and adults related to loss.
