Judy Armijo is the mom of deceased daughter, Alexandra who gave life to others as a registered organ donor. Peter Lichtenberg: Spouse Loss

Dr. Peter Lichtenberg is a clinical psychologist and professor at Detroit’s Wayne State University. Peter specializes in patients with geriatric issues. When he was finishing his degree in clinical psychology at age 25 his wife Becky died while jogging. Thirty years later his wife Susan died of breast cancer. Grieving and healing from these two great loves has been the greatest challenge of Peter’s life.

Cindy Tart: Sibling Loss

After the death of her brother Dennis, Cindy became involved as a bereaved sibling participant in The Compassionate Friends. The support group helped to discover her ultimate goal of helping others through grief.
