Jan Smolinski: Missing Children

Jan Smolinski is the mom of missing man William “Billy” Smolinski Jr, who disappeared Aug. 24, 2004, at the age of 31. Jan has gone on to not only search for Billy but also to advocate for changes in laws and to help others who have missing family members.
