Anne has deep personal and professional experience with parenting grieving children. Anne’s husband died suddenly of a heart attack when her sons were 9 and 4. Four years later, a woman with a gun entered their school, killing one of the boys’ friends and critically wounding others. In her practice as a licensed clinical psychologist, Anne has helped many grieving children and their parents move toward wholeness and resilience. She is the author of 10 Steps for Parenting Your Grieving Children.
