She is a non-denominational spiritual director who speaks to fellow survivors about navigating the crucial stages of recovery from suicide loss. In her book, Healing The Hurt Spirit: Daily Affirmations for People Who Have Lost a Loved One to Suicide, she shares how it is possible to live a full and happy life despite suicide loss.

    5 Yrs ago my boyfriend shot himself in front of me on my daughters birthdays . I haven’t been able to cope . no groups , organizations , no one that understands what myself and children have been threw. mood stabalizers and anxiety meds. PLEASE HELP !!!!
